Combine crushed walnuts with sugar and rose water for the filling

Sandwich the nut filling between two layers of filo pastry, cut into diamonds, cover in ghee and bake

Bake until golden brown

Garnish with crushed pistachio and drizzle with sugar syrup (atter)
