Golden flaky vegetable sausage rolls made with veggies, mushrooms and kidney beans.

The filling of chopped vegetables and mushrooms are combined with mashed kidney beans and spices.

A line of veggie filling is then placed onto the edge of a sheet of puff pastry dough.

Once the pastry is rolled up, each roll is cut to size, gently brushed with oil and then sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Serve them whilst they are warm and flaky with your favorite sauce and a side of salad.
