Air Fryer Corn (Corn Ribs)

- 3 Corn fresh
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil or dairy free butter
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke optional
- 1 pinch Salt
- Water for boiling
Remove husks and silks from fresh corn. Boil each cob in a large pot of water for up to 3 minutes to soften the husk. Run under cold water for 45 seconds to cool.

Lay corn flat on a cutting board and trim ends. Stand corn upright and split lengthwise with a sharp knife. Cut halves into quarter lengths or smaller ribs as desired.
Make marinade with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and liquid smoke. Brush ribs with seasoned oil or rub with your hands. Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry at high setting for 10-12 minutes or until tender and crispy. Serve hot with lemon or lime wedges and your favorite sauce. See suggestions below.
