Mango Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A healthy mango strawberry banana smoothie made in 5 minutes. With added all natural peanut butter, a handful of spinach, almond milk and sweetended with a date. This is a vegan and gluten free smoothie.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender any high powered blender will do

Ingredients

  • 1 small Banana cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Mango frozen pieces
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 tablepsoon Peanut butter all natural
  • ¾ cup Almond milk
  • 1 handful Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 Medjool date pitted

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
    1 small Banana, 1 cup Mango, 1 cup Strawberries, 1 tablepsoon Peanut butter, ¾ cup Almond milk, 1 handful Baby spinach leaves, 1 Medjool date
  • Pour into a cup and enjoy immediately.

Notes

A combination of frozen and fresh fruit will help keep this smoothie thick, if you’re using all fresh ingredients, start by adding half of the milk amount and build up the consistency.
Any blender will work, however, a high powered blender is the quickest and will yield a smoother result. If your blender doesn’t have a smoothie setting, just blend until all the contents are blended.
Do not jam the ingredients into the blender, this will sometimes cause the blender to not blend well.
Feel free to adjust the quantities of the ingredients to suit your liking.
