Banana Peach Smoothie

A healthy banana peach smoothie made with fresh and frozen fruit, dairy free yogurt, pepitas and sweetened with a date.

Ingredients

  • 1 cups Frozen banana chopped
  • 1 medium Peach chopped
  • cup Dairy free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Pepitas
  • 1 small Medjool date optional

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
    1 cups Frozen banana, 1 medium Peach, ⅔ cup Dairy free yogurt, 1 tablespoon Pepitas, 1 small Medjool date
  • Pour into a cup and enjoy immediately or take away with you.

Notes

Fresh and frozen fruit can be used to help keep this smoothie creamy and thick. If using all fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to help thicken.
A high powered blender  is the quickest and will yield a smoother result. If your blender doesn’t have a smoothie setting, just blend until all the contents are blended.
Feel free to adjust the quantities of the ingredients to suit your liking.
