Notes

If using a food processor, ensure the ingredients are well combined throughout, sometimes the bottom is drier than the top as the maple syrup has blended throughout. You can help this by scraping the sides and lifting the bottom to the top in between blending.
✔️Variations
Matcha can be swapped out with moringa powder. Check out my moringa latte as a way to use moringa.
Peanut butter can be substituted with any other nut butter, though you may need to adjust the amount of maple syrup as some are drier than peanut butter.
These matcha balls can be left without coating.
Other coatings can be desiccated/shredded coconut, other crushed nuts, sesame seeds (this adds some lovely crunch), freeze-dried raspberries, matcha powder or cacao (bitter flavour).
