Ingredients

  • 1 large Potato shredded
  • 1 small Sweet potato
  • cup Wholemeal plain flour
  • cup Aqua faba chickpea juice
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil for tray and brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius (356 deg Fahrenheit)
  • Shred sweet potato and potato
  • In a mixing bowl combine shredded sweet potato and potato
  • Add wholemeal flour, aquafaba and seasoning
  • Mix ingredients together
  • Oil baking tray
  • Make into patties on oiled tray
  • Brush oil on top of patties.
  • Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees Celsius (356 deg Fahrenheit) until golden.
