Easy Hemp Seed Milk

This homemade easy hemp seed milk is wonderfully creamy, true white and nutrient dense. Ready in minutes using only two ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water filtered or mineral
  • ½ cup Hemp seeds organic

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender add hemp seeds and water (and any optional ingredients see notes) and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Place a cheesecloth or nut bag into a bowl, pour hemp milk into it and strain to seperate the pulp from the liquid.
    4 cups Water, ½ cup Hemp seeds
  • Pour into a storage container and store sealed in the fridge for up to five days.

Optional ingredients:
For sweetness, 1 pitted Medjool dates or 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
A pinch of salt.
A dash of vanilla.
 
Use the left over pulp in a smoothie such as mango strawberry banana smoothie.
