Healthy Blueberry Milk Without Refined Sugar
Made from scratch this easy healthy blueberry milk without refined sugar contains fresh blueberries and homemade dairy free milk. It can be naturally sweetened if desired and is ready in minutes.

- 1½ cup dairy free milk
- ¼ cup Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or to taste
In a high speed blender add all ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
1½ cup dairy free milk, ¼ cup Blueberries, 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
Pour into a cheesecloth or nut bag and strain. Transfer to a storage container and store sealed in the fridge for about 3 days. Or enjoy it immediately.
I used homemade hemp seed milk in this recipe.
Adjust the sweetness to suit your liking.
If storing in the fridge, you will need to stir before using as there will be some separation.
