Cold Pineapple Slushie With Vanilla
Refreshingly cold pineapple slushie with vanilla is made with frozen pineapple blended with ice. A naturally sweetened icey beverage, perfect for a hot summer day.

- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ⅓ cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup Ice cubes small
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract optional
In a high speed blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy. At least 1 minute. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Pour into a chilled glass, give it a stir and serve immediately.
I used fresh pineapple which I chopped into pieces and froze.
Using smaller ice cubes is ideal for blending into a slushie
