- 2 medium cucumbers quartered and sliced at an angle
- ¼ cup spring onion sliced at an angle
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce salt reduced (or tamari sauce)
- 1 small clove garlic minced
- ½ inch ginger peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
