  • ½ cup Eggless mayonnaise see my eggless mayonnaise recipe (link in notes)
  • ½ tablespoon Ketchup


  • In a bowl, whisk together eggless mayonnaise and ketchup until well combined
  • Serve vegan fry sauce

There are so many ways to use this fry sauce, dip polenta frita’s, air fried french fries, air fryer corn ribs, sweet potato & zucchini fritters or baked vegan hash browns. I even like to use to as a veggie dipping sauce.
  • Add some heat by adding chilli flakes or a dash of chilli oil to this vegan dipping sauce
  • Change the flavour profile by adding onion or garlic powder
