Roasted Artichoke Recipe

Roasted artichoke using only two ingredients. Vegan friendly and gluten free.

  • 6 Artichokes
  • 1-2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Sprinkle Seasoning


  • Preheat oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C)
  • Cut off stems of each artichoke, leaving about 2-3cm
  • Peel remaining stem
  • Pick off unwanted petals near the stem: look for petals that are not fleshy and or are wilted
  • Wash each artichoke thoroughly under running water, get under the outer petals to clean away any debris within each petal
  • Cut each artichoke in half
  • Place artichokes on a foil lined baking tray (face up)
  • Bruch each artichoke with olive oil
  • Season each artichoke
  • Roast artichokes in the oven for 25-40min
