Dalgona Coffee (Foam Coffee)

Dalgona coffee is a whipped foam coffee made with 3 ingredients in 3 easy steps. It can be enjoyed hot or cold. It is so good as an iced instant coffee.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee
  • ½ tablespoon Raw Sugar turbinado sugar
  • tablespoon Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Milk use your preferred milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add all ingredients except for the milk
    1 tablespoon Instant coffee, ½ tablespoon Raw Sugar, 1½ tablespoon Boiling Water
  • Using a hand held beater (or whisk) whip up the ingredients until peaks form
  • Pour your preferred milk into a cup and top with foam. Stir and enjoy.
    1 cup Milk

Notes

Try other granulated sugar e.g., white, brown or coconut
Make it Ahead by whipping up the foam coffee and storing it in the fridge for 1 day. I found the 2nd day it did start to water down a little.
Add a scoop of ice for an iced version
