Baked Vegan Hash Browns

- 1 large Potato shredded
- 1 small Sweet potato
- ⅔ cup Wholemeal plain flour
- ⅓ cup Aqua faba chickpea juice
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning to taste
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil for tray and brushing
Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius (356 deg Fahrenheit)
Shred sweet potato and potato
In a mixing bowl combine shredded sweet potato and potato
Add wholemeal flour, aquafaba and seasoning
Mix ingredients together
Oil baking tray
Make into patties on oiled tray
Brush oil on top of patties.
Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees Celsius (356 deg Fahrenheit) until golden.
