I just love this vegan butter bean salad recipe so much

These are flavors that I grew up on, fresh lemon juice, with herbs and crushed garlic.

How to make butter bean salad

Cooked butter beans, finely chopped fresh parsley, sliced green onions, and fresh chili. I like using cayenne pepper.

For the dressing

Add some crushed fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil (the best you can find) and freshly squeezed lemon juice (I always have some ready in the fridge).

How to eat butter bean salad
