Vegan Lebanese Recipes

Vegan Lebanese recipes are my specialty. Growing up on authentic Lebanese cuisine, I have a deep appreciation for its rich and vibrant flavors. When I transitioned to a plant-based diet, I adapted many of my favorite traditional dishes. Luckily, I found that many Lebanese recipes are naturally vegan, like manousheh with tomato and onion, tray-baked kibbeh, or hearty red lentil soup - I’m completely obsessed with this!

These recipes bring together the flavors I grew up with in a way that fits perfectly with a plant-based lifestyle, making them not only nostalgic but incredibly satisfying and nourishing.

There’s nothing quite like a comforting bowl of soup or stew, especially on cooler days. Veggie freekeh soup has always been one of my all-time favorites, so simple yet so full of vibrant taste. These dishes warm me up from the inside out.

I love how Lebanese salads are more than just a side, they’re bursting with herbs, citrus, and bold flavors. My personal favorites are tabbouleh and fattoush; they’re fresh, light, and so full of life.
