Is a fabulous option for when you want to make a healthy lunch or dinner thats conveniently easy and healthy. It's refershingly good in the summer time.

What you'll need

Any type of glass noodle or vermicelli noodle, your favorite fresh vegetables, herbs  and some peanuts. Easy!

The noodle salad dressing

Is simple and delicious, containing soy sauce, maple syrup,  sesame oil, ginger, freshly squeezed lime and chili.


Cook the noodles as per packet instructions, chop up the veggies, whisk the dressing and then toss it all together. It's fresh, juicy and seriously good. Ready to make it?
