I made these with just 3 ingredients. A wholesome snack the whole family will love.
First whisk together the wet ingredients which includes tahini and maple syrup. Add a pinch of salt too.
Next, take some of the rolled oats and turn it into rough oat flour. You can do this in a spice grinder or a food processor.
The dry ingredients are then folded into the wet ingredients. Mold the cookies into their shape to bake at 356F (180C).
Each cookie is golden brown and crunchy, just how I love my cookies! So satisfying to snap and bite.
