Cafe blanc is a traditional Lebanese caffeine-free drink made with hot water and orange blossom water. Known in Arabic as ahweh bayda - it is served as a gentle alternative to Lebanese coffee. It is fragrant, calming and ready in minutes.

Instructions
Bring the water to a boil in a rakweh or kettle.
1 demitasse cup Water
Pour the boiling water into a demitasse cup. Immediately stir in the orange blossom water. Do not boil the orange blossom water directly.

Offer sugar or honey on the side for guests to sweeten to their own taste.
