- 2 Frozen bananas
- 1-2 tablespoons Dairy free milk
- 1-2 tablespoons Date caramel sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon Vanilla extract optional
Skip this step if you have pre-frozen banana chunks. Peel ripe bananas and chop them into thick coins. Place them in a single layer inside a freezer-friendly snap lock bag and freeze overnight.
Take the frozen bananas out 2 minutes before blending. Add them to a blender (or food processor) with the dairy-free milk and optional vanilla, and blend on high until thick and creamy. Scoop into a bowl, swirl through spoonfuls of date caramel sauce, and enjoy.
