Great Northern Bean Dip
This sumptuous great northern bean dip is exquisitely creamy, made with simple ingredients and requiring less than 5 minutes of your time.

- 1½ cups Great Northern Beans drained and rinsed (1 can)
- ¼ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Lemon juice fresh
- 1 small Garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon White pepper or to taste
Add to a food processor bowl all the ingredients and blend for 1 minute.
1½ cups Great Northern Beans, ¼ cup Tahini, ¼ cup Lemon juice, 1 small Garlic clove, ½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon White pepper
Serve immediately topped with your favorite garnishes (see above article for what I used in the photos).
3 tablespoons = 1 serving.
This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
