Homemade Cocoa Oat Milk

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Filtered water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted, or use maple syrup to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.

  • Pour mixture into a cheese cloth and squeeze out cocoa oat milk into a container. Drink immediately or store in the fridge in a sealed vessel.
