Ingredients

  • 1 large Cucumber finely diced
  • 1 cup Natural plain yogurt (I use a dairy-free kefir yogurt, linked above)
  • ½ teaspoon Ground mint heaping - adjust to taste
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine.
    1 large Cucumber, 1 cup Natural plain yogurt, ½ teaspoon Ground mint, ½ teaspoon Salt, 1 clove Garlic
  • Adjust salt if needed. Serve cold.
