In a saucepan over medium heat, add a small amount of oil and the sesame seeds. Stir until the seeds are lightly browned. Once done, transfer them to a plate and set aside.

In the same saucepan, add the remaining oil and sauté the onions until golden. Add the beans and stir until they are well coated with the oil and onions.Add the rice, ground coriander, pepper, toasted sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt, and water to the saucepan. Give everything a good stir to combine.Cover the saucepan with a lid and bring it to a gentle boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
1½ cups Basmati rice, 1 medium Onion, 10 each Long beans, ½ teaspoon Ground coriander, ½ teaspoon White pepper, 1½ teaspoon Salt, ½ tablespoon Sesame oil, 2¼ cups Water
Turn off the heat and let the saucepan sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Then, fluff the rice gently, mixing the beans evenly throughout. Cover the pot again and let it rest for another 5 minutes.Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
You can use any type of rice you prefer, but be sure to follow the cooking instructions for the specific variety you choose. Most types of rice will take longer to cook than basmati, so adjust the cooking time accordingly.
