Soaked Almonds

Soaked almonds, also known as activated almonds, have been cherished by Middle Eastern people since ancient times. A whole foods snack that provides an easy way to curb cravings at any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Natural almonds
  • 2 cups Water filtered

Instructions

  • Place the almonds in a soaking container and add enough water to ensure they are completely submerged. Seal the container well and store it in the refrigerator for at least overnight.
