Bulgur With Vermicelli
Is an easy rice pilaf alternative that is made with bulgur and vermicelli. It's nutty, earthy and filling.
You only need five ingredients, vermicelli noodle, extra coarse bulgur, olive oil, water and salt.
Use this bulgur with vermicelli as a base for stews or in place of rice pilaf. My favorite is with a potato stew. See next page.
