- 2 large Avocadoes ripe, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup Cilantro coriander (Australia)
- ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Chili see notes
- ½ teaspoon Ground anise seed optional. sub fennel seed or caraway seed
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ⅓ cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
- Water as needed - see notes
Start by gathering all of your ingredients and washing the cilantro. Peel the garlic clove and cut the avocados in half, removing the pit and the skin.
2 large Avocadoes, 1 cup Cilantro, ¼ cup Lime juice, 1 clove Garlic, 1 Chili, ½ teaspoon Ground anise seed, 1 teaspoon Salt, ⅓ cup Orange juice
In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust salt if desired. (See note 1 about adjusting consistency)

Note 1 - You can tweak the consistency of this avocado dressing by gradually adding a tablespoon of water until it reaches your preference.
You can add any type of preferred chili to your taste.
