Blackberry Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Blackberry strawberry banana smoothie is a luscious blend of sweet berries and creamy banana, a refreshing drink that’s quick to make and naturally plant based.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries chopped
  • 1 small Banana ripe, chopped
  • cup Plain yogurt unsweetened, I use dairy free
  • ¼ cup Water

Optional

  • 1 Medjool date pitted

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until completely smooth
    ½ cup Blackberries, 1 cup Frozen strawberries, 1 small Banana, ⅔ cup Plain yogurt, ¼ cup Water, 1 Medjool date
  • Pour into a cup and enjoy immediately or take with you on the go.

Notes

Medjool date can be left out if you find this smoothie is sweet enough without it. Only one is required, as they do add quite a bit of sweetness. 
Any blender will work, however, a high powered blender  is the quickest and will yield a smoother result. If your blender doesn’t have a smoothie setting, just blend until all the contents are blended.
Feel free to adjust the quantities of the ingredients to suit your liking.
