Chocolate Bliss Balls Without Dates

Chocolate bliss balls without dates are made using a few easy ingredients that have been combined with a natural sweetener and no oil. A perfect pick-me-up snack.

Ingredients

  • cups Almond meal
  • ½ cup Desiccated coconut
  • cup Maple syrup
  • ¾ cup Rolled oats gluten free
  • cup Cocoa nibs
  • cup Cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients and process until well combined. Scrape down the sides a couple of times to ensure everything is evenly blended.

  • Scoop out the mixture and use your hands to roll it into bite-sized balls (about 3 cm / just over 1 inch in diameter).
    Place the bliss balls in an airtight container in the fridge. Store for up to two weeks.
