Homemade Hemp Seed Milk

Making homemade hemp seed milk is wonderfully creamy, true white, and ready in minutes using only two ingredients, it couldn’t be easier.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water filtered
  • ½ cup Hemp seeds organic

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender add hemp seeds and water (and any optional ingredients listed above) and blend on high until smooth and creamy, no less than one minute. Place a cheesecloth or nut bag into a large bowl, pour the hemp milk into it and strain to seperate the pulp from the liquid.
    4 cups Water, ½ cup Hemp seeds
  • Pour into a storage container and store sealed in the fridge for 5-7 days.

If the milk separates when stored, give it a stir before using.
