Hummus Without Chickpeas

This dip is like hummus without chickpeas. It’s quick, creamy, and made with white beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 can White Beans drained and rinsed 400g
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • cup Lemon juice fresh
  • 1 small Garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon White pepper or to taste
  • cup Cold water

Instructions

  • Add to a food processor bowl all the ingredients and blend for 1 minute.

  • Serve immediately topped with your favorite garnishes, I used spring onions and radish in the above photos.
