Hummus Without Chickpeas
This dip is like hummus without chickpeas. It’s quick, creamy, and made with white beans.

- 1 can White Beans drained and rinsed 400g
- ¼ cup Tahini
- ⅛ cup Lemon juice fresh
- 1 small Garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon White pepper or to taste
- ⅛ cup Cold water
Add to a food processor bowl all the ingredients and blend for 1 minute.
1 can White Beans, ¼ cup Tahini, ⅛ cup Lemon juice, 1 small Garlic clove, ½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon White pepper, ⅛ cup Cold water
Serve immediately topped with your favorite garnishes, I used spring onions and radish in the above photos.
3 tablespoons = 1 serving.
