Radish Greens Salad

Radish greens salad features chopped crisp and tender radish leaves tossed with slices of bitey onion in a sour dressing.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Radish greens with soft stems, chopped
  • 100 grams Red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ small Lemon or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac or to taste
  • 1 small Garlic clove crushed, or to taste
  • teaspoon Cayenne pepper or to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, salt, sumac, crushed garlic clove and cayenne pepper.
    ½ small Lemon, ½ teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Sumac, 1 small Garlic clove, ⅛ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • In a salad bowl, add the chopped radish greens and thinly sliced onions. Drizzle the salad dressing onto the radish greens and onion and gently toss to combine. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve.
    250 grams Radish greens, 100 grams Red onion

Notes

Let the salad sit for 15 minutes for the flavors to meld.
