Roasted Salted Peanuts

- 3 tablespoons Salt
- 1 cup Raw peanuts shelled
In a bowl, dissolve the salt in 2 cups of boiling water with a vigorous stir. Add the raw peanuts and let them soak for 10 minutes.

Strain the peanuts through a sieve and let them sit for 2 minutes to drain completely. Spread them out in a single layer on a roasting pan.
Roast in a preheated oven at 200C (390F) for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow them to cool completely to room temperature so they firm up before enjoying.
