Vegan Dalgona Coffee

A vegan dalgona coffee is a whipped foam coffee made with 3 ingredients, and it can be enjoyed either hot or cold in just 3 easy steps.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee
  • ½ tablespoon Granulated sugar I like using turbinado sugar (raw sugar AUS)
  • tablespoon Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Milk use your preferred milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the instant coffee, granulated sugar and boiling water. Using a hand held beater (or whisk) whip up the ingredients until peaks form.
    1 tablespoon Instant coffee, ½ tablespoon Granulated sugar, 1½ tablespoon Boiling Water
  • Pour your preferred milk into a cup and top with foam. Stir and enjoy.
