- 1½ cups Mango pieces frozen
- 1 tablespoon Dairy free milk
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup optional
Cut the mango flesh into small cubes, removing the skin. Arrange the cubes on a lined tray and freeze overnight. Once frozen, transfer the mango pieces to a snap-lock bag for storage until you’re ready to use. (Skip this step if using store-bought frozen mango.)
1½ cups Mango pieces
Add the frozen mango cubes, dairy-free milk, and maple syrup to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides a couple of times to ensure everything blends evenly.
1 tablespoon Dairy free milk, 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
Enjoy your mango sorbet immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for up to three months for a firmer consistency. See serving from frozen tip in the notes below.
A touch of vanilla can also be added.
If using store bought frozen mangoes, ensure they are 100% mangoes only with no hidden ingredients.
If serving this vegan mango sorbet from frozen, thaw out for 5 minutes before serving.
