Vegan Parmesan Cheese
Vegan cashew parmesan is incredibly flavorsome, it's a plant-based twist on traditional parmesan powder and can be made in mere minutes.

- ½ cup Raw cashews
- ¼ cup Raw sunflower seeds
- 3 tbs Nutritional yeast
- ¾ teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon White pepper
- ½ teaspoon Lemon zest optional, I highly recommend it
Add all the ingredients to a food processor bowl. Blend on high for approximately 1 minute or until the mixture resembles parmesan powder.
½ cup Raw cashews, ¼ cup Raw sunflower seeds, 3 tbs Nutritional yeast, ¾ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Onion powder, ½ teaspoon Garlic powder, ⅛ teaspoon White pepper, ½ teaspoon Lemon zest
Transfer to an airtight container and keep stored in a fridge for up to one week.
