Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Vegan cashew parmesan is incredibly flavorsome, it's a plant-based twist on traditional parmesan powder and can be made in mere minutes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Raw cashews
  • ¼ cup Raw sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbs Nutritional yeast
  • ¾ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • teaspoon White pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Lemon zest optional, I highly recommend it

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor bowl. Blend on high for approximately 1 minute or until the mixture resembles parmesan powder.
    ½ cup Raw cashews, ¼ cup Raw sunflower seeds, 3 tbs Nutritional yeast, ¾ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Onion powder, ½ teaspoon Garlic powder, ⅛ teaspoon White pepper, ½ teaspoon Lemon zest
  • Transfer to an airtight container and keep stored in a fridge for up to one week.
