Vegan cashew parmesan is incredibly flavorsome, it's a plant-based twist on traditional parmesan powder and can be made in mere minutes.
This plant based cashew parmesan powder is so flavorsome
If you’re dairy-free, vegan, or plant-based, or if you simply want to try something new, this vegan cashew Parmesan sprinkles recipe is perfect for adding on top of pasta, salads, pizza, and more.
I especially enjoy it on vegan mac and cheese or a simple cherry tomato sauce pasta.

The ingredients for making this vegan cashew parmesan powder are very straightforward, I'd like to point out that I love using white pepper for it's pungent likeness to cheese (or at least it reminds me of it) and the lemon zest brightens the overall taste of this blend.
You can use all raw cashews if you like, but I like to add as much variety to my foods as possible so I've used a smaller amount of raw sunflower kernels too.
Feel free to adjust the flavorings to suit your liking.
