Ingredients

  • 1 small Banana frozen pieces
  • 1 small Green apple chopped into pieces
  • teaspoon Cinnamon
  • teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ½ cup Amond milk or any dairy free milk
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp seeds
  • 1 Medjool date pitted

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
    1 small Banana, 1 small Green apple, ⅛ teaspoon Cinnamon, ⅛ teaspoon Nutmeg, ½ cup Amond milk, 2 tablespoons Hemp seeds, 1 Medjool date
  • Pour into a cup and enjoy immediately.
