Matcha Balls

Matcha balls are the perfect energy bites, made with just five all natural plant based ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Matcha powder heaping
  • cups Almond meal
  • 4 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • ½ cup Peanut butter natural (crunchy or smooth)
  • ½ cup Crushed pistachio for coating

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl or food processor combine almond meal, matcha powder, maple syrup and peanut butter. See above tips about using food processor.
    1 tablespoon Matcha powder, 1½ cups Almond meal, 4 tablespoons Maple syrup, ½ cup Peanut butter
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls just over an inch (3 cm) in diameter. Roll each ball in crushed pistachios until fully coated. Place the coated balls on a tray, cover, and refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
