  • 1 Spicy Potatoes

  • 1 Pumpkin Kibbeh
  • 1 Fried Cauliflower
  • 1 Spinach Fatayer
  • 1 Tofu Shish Tawook
  • 1 Potato Kibbeh
  • 1 Butter Bean Salad
  • 1 Olives
  • 1 Muhammara

Instructions

  • Choose a variety of vegan mezze recipes from the list above and prepare them as instructed. I like to include a mix of salad, hot, and cold dishes, always served with a side of pita bread.
