When I think of Lebanese mezze, I’m transported back to my family’s kitchen, the sizzle of garlic in olive oil, the scent of freshly chopped parsley, and the laughter shared over a table piled high with small plates.

It’s more than food; it’s a way of life. And the best part? So many of these dishes are naturally plant-based, making them perfect for anyone embracing a vegan lifestyle.

Over the years, I’ve taken these traditional recipes and either given them my own twist, or breathed new life into them through my blog. I’ve curated a collection of 16 vegan Lebanese mezze dishes that are as close to my heart as they are to my roots, and now, I’m excited to share them with you.
