- 1 cup Frozen banana chopped
- 1 medium Peach chopped
- ⅔ cup Dairy free yogurt plain
- 1 tablespoon Pepitas
- 1 small Medjool date optional
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.

Pour into a cup and enjoy immediately or take away with you.
Fresh and frozen fruit can be used to help keep this smoothie creamy and thick. If using all fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to help thicken.
A high powered blender is the quickest and will yield a smoother result. If your blender doesn’t have a smoothie setting, just blend until all the contents are blended.
