Ingredients

  • 1 small Banana ripe, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple ripe, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Mango frozen small pieces
  • ¾ cup Dairy free milk I like using almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Maca powder
  • 1 small Medjool date pitted

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
    1 small Banana, 1 cup Pineapple, 1 cup Mango, ¾ cup Dairy free milk, 1 tablespoon Chia seeds, 1 tablespoon Maca powder, 1 small Medjool date
  • Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
