Ingredients

  • 1 small Banana cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Mango frozen pieces
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter all natural
  • ¾ cup Almond milk
  • 1 handful Baby spinach leaves optional
  • 1 Medjool date pitted

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
    1 small Banana, 1 cup Mango, 1 cup Strawberries, 1 tablespoon Peanut butter, ¾ cup Almond milk, 1 handful Baby spinach leaves, 1 Medjool date
  • Pour into a cup and enjoy immediately.
