Turmeric tahini dressing is a creamy, golden dressing made with simple pantry ingredients and adds a flavorful boost to grain bowls, salads, or roasted vegetables.
This homemade dressing along with my tahini citrus miso dressing are what I generally make to drizzle on my noodle Buddha bowl, but also with roasted veggies and salads. You'll love it as it's wonderfully bright and quick to make, not boring at all!

Ingredients
The complete list of ingredients with measurements, can be found in the full recipe card below.
To make my turmeric tahini dressing, I simply whisk together tahini, a little maple syrup, turmeric powder, ginger powder, some rice vinegar (for acidity notes), black pepper (to help activate the turmeric), and enough water to get it to the consistency I like.
It comes together in a couple of minutes.
Storage
This dressing keeps well in the fridge for up to one week, but you might notice it thickens over time. If that happens, either give it a quick whisk to loosen or stir in a little water before using to bring it back to a pourable consistency.
