Blueberry milk, a simple and delicious homemade drink, is made with fresh blueberries and dairy-free milk. It's a quick and easy way to enjoy a naturally sweet beverage.

This blueberry milk contains is a breeze to make.

It can be enjoyed as a cold beverage or with other foods such as cereal, porridge, baking, desserts or smoothies.

Ingredients You'll Need

bowls of white milk, blueberries and maple syrup

I love using homemade hemp seed milk made from two ingredients, but any cold dairy free milk will blend well with fresh or frozen blueberries. For this blueberry milk recipe, I used fresh. You can also use them in this baked blueberry oatmeal bars .

I usually add maple syrup to sweeten this flavored milk, but another good option is one whole pitted Medjool date.

Janelle's Tip

When storing this drink in the fridge, be sure to stir it before use as it tends to separate.

I like to use this organic cotton cheesecloth when straining any homemade flavored milks.

I had hemp seed and I had wild blueberries, I wish I knew about this sooner. I didn’t bother straining as the bits don’t bother me. Thanks for your amazing recipes!!
